On 28 August 2023, Valérie Trouet, our scientific director, and Rozemien De Troch, our climate services lead, went to the Flanders Research Institute for Agriculture, Fisheries and Food (ILVO) to discover their work and meet their researchers. ILVO is an independent scientific research institute of Flanders’ Government. By carrying out multidisciplinary and ground-breaking research, it generates knowledge on sustainable ways to produce healthy and varied food to feed the world’s population while staying within our planetary limits.
The meeting between the Belgian Climate Centre and ILVO allowed to better understand the potential synergies between the two organisations’ missions.
